  • 1 bag (10 oz each) Birds Eye® Steamfresh Sweet Corn, cooked and cooled

  • 1 can (15 oz each) Rosarita® Premium Whole Black Beans, drained, rinsed

  • 1 can (10 oz each) Ro*Tel® Mexican Diced Tomatoes with Lime Juice & Cilantro, undrained

  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion

  • 2 tablespoons canola oil

  • 4 cups chopped Romaine or iceberg lettuce

Directions

  • Step one
