1 16oz package Velveeta® Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut into cubes

- Combine undrained RO*TEL® and cheese in medium saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat 5 minutes or until cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.
- Serve warm as a dip with tortilla chips or crackers.

- Heat chili in saucepan on medium-high for 5 minutes.
- Combine drained RO*TEL® and Velveeta® in medium saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat 5 minutes or until cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.
- Arrange tortilla chips on large platter. Top with chili mixture. Pour queso over chili.
- Serve immediately with desired toppings.
This guacamole makes other guacamoles green with envy. Flavored with spicy RO*TEL®, diced onions and fresh squeezed lime juice, this is one zippy dip!
4 ripe Haas avocados
1 10oz can RO*TEL® Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, drained
1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Juice of 1/2 lime (can substitute lemon juice)
Salt and pepper to taste

- Slice avocados in half, remove pit. Scoop avocado into a medium bowl, discard skins and lightly mash avocado with a fork.
- Mix in RO*TEL®, onion, cilantro and lime juice until well blended.
- Season with pepper to taste.

- Preheat oven and cook fries according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, combine undrained tomatoes and cheese in 1-1/2-quart microwavable dish; cover. Microwave on MEDIUM (50%) 10-12 minutes or until cheese is completely melted, stirring after 5 minutes. Remove from microwave, stir until well blended.
- Remove fries when done, salt to taste, transfer to large serving platter, then drizzle liberally with queso, reserving remaining queso to use as a dip.

- Cook macaroni according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, combine undrained RO*TEL®and cheese in medium saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat 5 minutes or until cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.
- Drain cooked macaroni, then pour into large baking dish. Pour queso over macaroni and blend well.
- Top with crushed tortilla chips, then put baking dish under broiler until top is golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
