1 can (10 oz each) Ro*Tel® Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, drained well
10 ounces prepared classic hummus
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt
Toasted cumin seeds and pita chips, optional

Pulse drained tomatoes in food processor until finely chopped. Place 2 tablespoons of chopped tomatoes in small bowl; set aside.
Stir together hummus, remaining chopped tomatoes, lemon juice, cumin, oregano, and salt in medium bowl. Top with reserved tomatoes. Sprinkle with cumin seeds and serve with pita chips, if desired.
