1 pkg (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups Reddi-wip® Original Dairy Whipped Topping, divided
12 slices (3/4-inch thick) French bread
1/2 cup prepared eggnog
2 egg yolks
PAM® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
1/2 cup Log Cabin® All Natural Table Syrup
additional Reddi-wip®, for serving

Beat cream cheese, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla in medium bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed until blended. Stir in 1 cup Reddi-wip. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly onto each slice of bread. Place two slices together to form a sandwich.
Whisk together egg nog, 1 cup Reddi-wip and egg yolks in shallow baking dish. Spray griddle with cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Dip both sides of each sandwich into egg nog mixture and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 5 minutes each. Serve with syrup and top with additional Reddi-wip.
