I have been making this for years and always get complements on it. People always ask for the recipe!

There are a lot of black bean/corn salsa recipes out there, and this is by far the best. I always triple/quadruple the recipe, and increase the corn ratio a bit while decreasing the Ro-tel ratio (sorry - we do love Rotel but for this recipe less is more.) We eat it straight, scoop it up with chips, and bestbestbest is in a monterey jack flour tortilla quesadilla pan fried w a bit of butter. Heaven!

Excellent!!! Very easy taste great. My entire family loves this. For it to last at least 24 hours I have to make a double batch.

Excellent!! It really is better the next day. I used the Ro*Tel with chili, cilantro and lime, then skipped the cilantro but did add more lime. I will be making this a lot more.

This was so easy to make. I added some minced garlic and diced jalapeno and it was even better.
