I make this all the time only I add cylantro and garlic salt. I use lime flavored tostitoes to dip.....YUM!!!!

Today me and my two bestfriends decided it was a good idea to eat here after a long day at the beach. Looked good from all the customers inside, but the food itself didnt look too appetizing. After an hour and a half drive back to Kissimmee we were all ready to hurl. Better yet when we arrived we all did hurl. Not a good restaurant.. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

I just made the Creamy Garlic version of this recipe! It is amazingly delicious! It tastes so fresh and yummy. My husband is going crazy for it. One suggestion, since I couldn't find a printed recipe(only saw the video), I guessed at the amount of Greek yogurt and roasted garlic. Please provide a printable recipe for the Creamy Garlic and the other recipes made from this basic recipe.

The Rotel overpowered the Guacamole. Next time suggest using only half a can, so that all the flavors balance. Used a red onion and let the dip sit overnight to meld all the flavors.
