Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
For crust: Combine flour, 3 tablespoons of the brown sugar and orange peel. Using pastry blender or two knives, cut in the 1/2 cup Fleischmann's until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Mixture will be dry. Press mixture evenly in bottom of pan. Bake in lower third of oven 8 to 10 minutes.
Sprinkle dried plums and pecans evenly over baked crust.
For topping: Whisk together eggs, corn syrup, the remaining 8 tablespoons (1/2 cup) brown sugar, the melted Fleischmann's and vanilla. Pour over crust. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, or until filling is firm around edges and slightly soft at center.
Cool on wire rack.
