
INGREDIENTS
- 2 large ripe avocados, pitted, peeled
- 1 can (10 oz each) Ro*TelĀ® Mexican Diced Tomatoes with Lime Juice & Cilantro, drained
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon lime or lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- Tortilla chips or cut-up vegetables, optional
DIRECTIONS
- Mash avocados in medium bowl to desired smoothness. Stir in drained tomatoes, onions, cilantro, lime juice and garlic salt.
- Serve with tortilla chips or vegetables, if desired.
