I've made this recipe a couple times, and every time it's like tasting the best dip of my life all over again! I absolutely love this dip and so does everybody I've made it for!

Yum! I used 12 Oz plain Greek yogurt instead of the sour cream. My teenage son ate 2/3 of it at the picnic I made it for!

This was delicious! Made it in individual clear glass bowls so it looked gorgeous setting on everyone's plate.

I use soy sour cream. Mix taco seasoning into soy sour cream the night before to allow the flavors to mix and you can't tell the difference. Substitute grated carrot for cheese and its comepletely milk free. We've used grated carrots instead of cheese in our tacos for years, so yummy.

This is a very good recipe, and we made slight changes based on the ingredients we had on hand ... shredded lettuce instead of guacamole and sweet onion instead of green onion. I added a tablespoon or so of vinegar and sugar plus some salt to the sour cream-chili powder mix, just to add more flavor. It was a hit!! This is a wonderful dip for lovers of Mexican food ... anytime!

I love this dip and I don't even like refried beans. I've made it twice now and everyone who tries it, wants the recipe.
The signature blend of vine-ripened tomatoes, zesty green chilies and savory mixture of spices in Ro*Tel that turns ordinary dishes into a medley of delicious, bold flavors.
